Project Name:Technical transformation of the 9000-ton casting master alloy production line and expansion project of 20000 tons of nickel alloy by Guangdong Huaao Alloy New Materials Co., Ltd.
Nature of Construction:Technical expansion

Project Introduction:The total investment for this technical transformation and expansion project is approximately 20 million RMB, and the main construction content includes:
(1) New production equipment will be added in the existing Workshop No. 1 to upgrade the product line, achieving an annual output of 9000 tons of master alloy. Supporting construction includes a circulating water system, exhaust gas treatment system, and solid waste temporary storage area. The existing exhaust gas treatment system of the AOD furnace in the workshop will be upgraded, and a power supply and distribution system for the new equipment will be added, without increasing the project land area;
(2) New production equipment will be added in the approved but not yet constructed Workshop No. 3 to expand the annual output of 20000 tons of nickel alloy.
(3) This project does not involve the expansion of Workshop No. 4.
